What will be included in my company's exhibitor booth?
Your booth space will measure approximately 10 x 10ft, and includes: a 6ft table, two chairs, WiFi, and a power strip for electricity. An OSMOSISCon team member will be on-site to assist exhibitors with navigation to their booth space upon arrival. Large exhibition booths, signs taped to walls, and any items hanging from the ceiling will not be permitted.
Additional equipment can be rented via the venue at a separate expense to the exhibiting company through Encore Global‘s event product catalog. OSMOSIS is not responsible for any rentals or services leased through Encore Global.
How do I get my booth to the venue?
All packages containing booth materials are to be sent to the venue address:

Please have packages arrive at the venue no more than 3 days prior to the conference or your representative’s arrival if they will be arriving earlier. We recommend adding to hold for your representative’s name, booth number, and arrival date to the address label. Please see reception upon arrival after checking in at the conference registration booth, and they will be able to assist you with recovering your shipments.
When is set up and tear down?
Set up will begin at 8:00am CST on Sunday, October 15. Company representatives must check in at the conference registration table before initiating booth set-up in the Exhibitor Hall. Set up concludes at 4:30pm CST on Sunday, October 15. The exhibit hall will officially open to all attendees at 5:00pm for the opening reception.
Tear down will occur on Tuesday, October 17 after the conclusion of closing remarks at/around 5:00pm CST.
How does return shipping work?
The venue will assist with shipping out all packages, but they must be pre-labeled. We will have a designated area for empty boxes and containers to be kept during the conference. Upon completion of the conference, an OSMOSISCon team member will direct your representatives to a designated area to leave all pre-labeled shipments for departure. Please come prepared with packing tape and other shipping supplies as needed.
How does Globalcast work and how do we get access?
Your dedicated representatives for the company will have access to the Globalcast, our official virtual conferencing platform from sign up through the end of 2023. This includes direct access to all existing and future OSMOSIS 2023 attendees via groups, forums, and 1-on-1 direct messaging, a dedicated company page, and the ability to post on the main feed to all attendees. After payment is processed for your sponsorship/exhibitor package, representative information will be requested (first name, last name, and email) via email. They will be enrolled in the virtual community and will be given directions on how to access it. Representatives are defined as those whom the conference passes from your exhibitor/sponsor package will be assigned. All representatives must be assigned by September 8, 2023.
What if my representatives change, or I don’t know who will be representing my company yet?
You do not have to know who you will be sending as representation right away; yet, it is strongly encouraged as your representatives (once chosen) will gain access to attendees via our virtual conference platform (Globalcast) for valuable networking opportunities. If your chosen representation changes before the start of the event, email [email protected] designating your new representatives.
Can I purchase additional registrations?
If you’d like to have more staff attend the conference in addition to what is included in your sponsor/exhibitor package, we offer a discounted registration option for our conference partners. You can purchase these here, or an invoice can be generated by contacting [email protected].
Marketing Information
Upon signup, sponsor signee or marketing representative is to provide their company logo and description to be featured on the website sponsor page, and on Globalcast.
Full-page ad measures W 8.5in x L 11in, half-page ad measures W 8.5in x L 5.5in. Email ad preferred dimensions are 1500px by 500px. Program Ad work is due by September 8, 2023.
