Synchronizes Army enterprise OSINT resources and requirements while integrating Army OSINT across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Intelligence Community (IC). Develops and guides strategies and governance of OSINT activities across the Army and serves as the lead for budget planning, programming, and execution.

Jessica Smith is currently a Cyber Security Analyst within the private sector, focusing on fraud threat intelligence. Additionally, she is the President and Founder of ClickSafe Intelligence, a non-profit, dedicated to educating parents, children and child safety professionals on child predators, their grooming tactics and exploitation trends through intelligence analysis. Jessica also serves as the National Child Protection Task Force’s Special Investigations Lead, managing cases with high levels of sensitivity, complexity, and longevity.
