Membership Terms and Refunds


    • Membership cancellations received within 14 days of renewed or new membership may be eligible to receive a full refund less $50 service fee.

    • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

    • If eligible, cancellations will be accepted via email with the name of the member.

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods purchased from OSMOSIS Institute require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable: Returns must be authorized by OSMOSIS within 30 days of the invoice date. 

Conference Refunds

One registration is required per attendee. All coupons must be applied at the time of purchase. All classes are subject to change at the discretion of the OSMOSIS. Requests for refunds must be received in writing or by e-mail September 8th and are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If a request for refund is received between September 8th and October 2nd, they are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50%. No refunds will be granted after this time period including post-conference registrations of video broadcast access. If OSMOSIS is conducted as an in-person conference, individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations. OSMOSIS does not accept liability for hotel or travel costs.
